  • Where are you located?
    Farmer & the Cow is located at 413 N Market St., Wilmington, DE 19801. The nearest cross streets are 4th St and Market St.
  • I want to visit - where do I park?
    As we are located in a downtown district, street parking is the most common. The City of Wilmington utilizes the ParkMobile app to pay for parking, however coins and credit cards at the meter remain an option. If street parking is full, as it gets very busy on nights/weekends, here is a link to Downtown Wilmington parking areas -
  • Are reservations required?
    While we do not require reservations, we do strongly encourage them to guarantee you a spot for your visit. We are a very small restaurant, with only 48 seats. Events in the city tend to draw larger crowds and we can fill quickly. To avoid issues, please head to our Reservations tab, Resy website, or the Resy app to make reservations. Resy is also capable of tracking waitlists and availability.
  • I tried calling, but cannot reach anyone
    We are a very small staff and as we can be busy at any time, most questions are answered on the answering service, or here in the FAQ section. Anything that is not answered for you, please contact
  • Can I get your food delivered?
    We have partnered with DoorDash to offer delivery to a small radius from our restaurant. Please head to our Online Ordering link on our website, select delivery to see if your location is eligible. If not, we still offer in-store pickup.
  • I love your spot! Can I book an event there?
    Yes! We love hosting events. Pricing and availability do vary based on number of people, food required, time of day, time of week. We are a very small restaurant, seating only 48 people. The number of people for your event might require a private event buyout of our location. The detail can be discussed directly by emailing
  • I hear you have whiskey
    We most certainly have whiskey! We are the premier whiskey bar in the area. Our constantly growing selection is carefully curated by our team and we're always looking for the new stuff. As of December 2022, we currently stock approximately 450 different bottles of whiskey from around the world. Our full menu and price list is available on our website, under the Menu link. We love whiskey here, would be happy to talk about our selection, and find something new to try.
  • I see footnotes in the Club Tiers - what are they?
    *Final Call Bottles When popular bottles are sold to where a few pours remain, an email will be sent to qualifying members (All Tiers) to offer them a chance to purchase a pour before the bottle is retired. **New Bottles When new, popular bottles are ordered and received, an email will be sent to qualifying members (Single, Cask, Lifetime) to offer them a chance to purchase a pour before the bottle is placed on the menu and shelf and avaialble for sale to the public. ***Breakeven Bottles From time to time, Farmer & the Cow will offer certain bottle pours to qualifying members (Single, Cask, Lifetime) at cost. ****Private Barrel As availability permits, Farmer & the Cow will purchase a private barrel from a distillery of their choosing. A bottle will be made available to each qualifying member (Single, Cask, Lifetime) from our partner liquor store for pick up. Details will be provided to the members when available. *****Build a Custom Flight Each qualifying member (Cask, Lifetime) will be allowed to build a custom whiskey flight (three position) to be placed on the Farmer & the Cow whiskey menu. The team reserves the right to limit the selection based on availability, determine final price, and name. ******Private Barrel Sourcing or Bottling Each year, depending on availability, Farmer & the Cow will look to purchase a private barrel from a distillery of their choosing. Qualifying members (Cask, Lifetime) will have the opportunity to travel with the team for either the selection or bottling of the finished whiskey. At this time, we make no representation of availability or covered fees for travel. ^Lifetime Membership Qualifying members will have access to benefits of at least the Cask Strength tier for the lifetime of Farmer & the Cow, Wilmington, DE location. The membership is non-transferrable.
  • Whiskey Club Limitations and Membership
    All limitations below are for Farmer & the Cow, Wilmington, DE. All terms are subject to change without notice. Membership in the Farmer & the Cow Whiskey Club will run on a calendar year, starting on January 1st of each year, with membership expiring on December 31st of the same year. Each membership will last for the calendar year and members must renew membership to be included for the following year. Farmer & the Cow will do their best to notify members of expiration, however it is the responsibility of the member to purchase a new membership at the then going rate. All sales are final and may not be prorated or refunded. Membership Tiers that include any receivable goods (shirts, coasters, etc.) may not be immediately available for the earliest members. When items are available, the member will be notified for pick up. Delivery may be available, with the exception of the private barrel bottle, as we are unable to ship alcohol. Farmer & the Cow reserves the right to discontinue the program at any time, without notice. Farmer & the Cow reserves the right to modify discounts and/or included benefits, without notice. Farmer & the Cow reserves the right to limit membership and discontinue membership for any members that do not display the values and/or are caught reselling merchandise/private barrel or otherwise misrepresenting the Farmer & the Cow brand. No refund will be provided.
  • Return/Exchange Policy
    All return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days after the receiving date and we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee to offset return shipping. Please inspect your merchandise before removing tags or washing in case something went wrong along the way. Reach out to to initiate a return/exchange or ask any questions first.
  • I haven’t received my package yet
    Farmer & the Cow will not be responsible for non-delivery, delay, loss, or damages during shipment. If you’re concerned with delivery, select a trackable method of shipping. We know things happen out there and will do our best to assist you in the event of any issue.
  • I don’t see any whiskey in your online store
    Unfortunately, current laws prohibit us from shipping alcohol.
  • I need to return/exchange merchandise I ordered
    Reach out to with your order number, within 7 days of receipt. We’ll do our best to correct any issues and make sure you’re satisfied. We’ll send a shipping label your way so you can drop it back in the mail. Returned merchandise must be unused, unwashed, and with any tags still intact.
  • I received my order and something just isn’t right
    We’re a super small team and these things can happen. Send us a note to with your order number and the situation. We’ll work together to get it right!
  • I don’t see an item I heard about, my size isn’t there, or it’s out of stock
    Everything we do is small batch. If the item shows clearance, it is likely that item will be gone forever. If not, sign up for notifications, and we’ll let you know when it’s back online and ready for purchase.
